The la flor Double Press has been in for a few weeks now and to those that dont know anything about it here is a little overview! Anyone that enjoys a full flavored medium bodied cigar will love this one. Most people are a little afraid of the la flor product because of the double ligero which is mainly looked at as a beat you over the head cigar ( which isn't true, just full bodied) and they will not venture into the rest of their products because of it. We have just received the much anticipated Casa Magna Oscuro! This is a very dark cigar with a slight hint of spice. It seems to be just at the full body range of flavor with very creamy undertones. We only got a third of our request. Enough for the shelf of Southpark and Arboretum so get em while you can!

I lit this cigar by toasting the small figurado foot until in opened up the draw a little. This is the second one i have smoked of this size and have to say i am very impressed. Many people have not heard of this brand and i suggest it to anyone that enjoys a medium - bodied cigar. I do have to say compared to the original honduran blend the nicaraguan has a lot more flavor along with a little more spice. For some reason the ruky size burns a lot better and seems to have a little more spice.… Continue
