I heard a few weeks ago the tale end of a story on T.V. concerning a proposed 135% tax increase for tobacco products proposed by the gov. or NC. I have not heard anything else since. Did it pass or will it pass and what will that mean in per cigar cost increase? I have been out of town for about a month and am not up to date as to what happen. Any news would be greatly appreciated. Frank
